The OSU Alumni Club of Muskingum County (OSUACMC) sponsored its annual Buckeye Game Day Watch Party at The Barn-Zanesville at 1947 Linden Avenue Saturday, November 16.  Ohio State played Northwestern at Chicago’s Wrigley Field.  

The event featured the “Big Cash” Scholarship Raffle drawing at halftime for cash prizes of $1,000, $500, and $250. A Silent Auction and OSU Spirit Raffle of numerous Ohio State items and memorabilia was also be held throughout the game.  All proceeds from the watch party and raffles go to the OSUACMC Scholarship Fund.  The club annually awards multiple scholarships to Muskingum County students attending the Ohio State campuses, and in 2024 the club awarded $19,600 to 19 students. 

The party was open to the public and admission was free!  It was a very successful event, with over 100 prizes awarded in the Spirit Raffle and 19 Silent Auction items sold. Special THANKS to Jim Watson and the staff at The Barn for their great hospitality and service!
