The Ohio State University Alumni Club of Muskingum County (OSUACMC) will kick off its 2025-26 club year with a full membership Annual Meeting & Recognition Event Wednesday, August 13 at 6:30 p.m. at VFW Post 1058 in Zanesville. The meeting will feature special recognition of the twenty students (10 entering freshmen and 10 current OSU students) who are receiving scholarships from the club for the 2025-26 academic year and the presentation of the club’s 2025 Annual Awards. A variety of hors d’oeuvres and refreshments will be available at 6:30 p.m. and the program will begin at 7:00 p.m.

Other business during the annual meeting will include a review of the club’s activities and finances from the past year, approval of the Board of Governors and election of officers for the coming year, and the opportunity for club members to purchase Ohio State football tickets for this fall.  Club memberships may also be purchased at the meeting.  OSUACMC is affiliated with The Ohio State University Alumni Association (OSUAA) and is open to all alumni and friends of Ohio State in Muskingum County and surrounding areas.  Annual dues are $25 for the first person and $15 for each additional family member.  Members are not required to have attended Ohio State.
